HOW TO ORDER AND PAYMENT

1. Email your order to sales@toucandesign.com.au
   We require the style of garment, style number, colour, size and quantity. Also include your name and address, do NOT send your credit card details at this stage
    
2. The next step is to phone Toucan Head Office on 07 5591 4355 to confirm the order and information received, we will also require your phone number at this point and your credit card details. Information required from the card will be:

   The name on the card
   The type of card - Mastercard, Visa or Amex
   The credit card number
   The expiry data
   The 3 digit check number (the last 3 digits of the number on the back)
   
   Also the total $amount will be confirmed at this point
    

3. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, money orders will be accepted.
   Follow step 2 and then please send money orders and a copy of your order to:

4. You will not be charged until your order is complete. If there is any problem obtaining your order you will be contacted.
5. In most cases garments should arrive within 7 working days.
